漬物処糠蔵

The lord of Kokura Castle, Tadazane Ogasawara had ever ruled Shinshu Matsumoto area where vegetables pickled in sake lees were popular, so he really likes them.

When he came to Kokura as the new lord he brought salted rice-bran pasted picking. He gave it to his citizens to suggest making the pickles.

Since then, making the pickles has been taken over by us with 100 years old rice-bran.

Now, Kokura is the most popular city to make this pickles in Japan. Japanese pickles has more vitamins and lactobacillus than fresh vegetables, so they are so good for your health.

We have been teaching the traditional food culture to the next generation and offering healthful foods to everyone.
